By purchasing from my shop you are agreeing to my terms of service. No exceptions will be made. All items are priced in USD. I do not do refunds or returns. Only commissions can be canceled. If you wish to commission a pair and choose to cancel only half of your payment can be refunded and the finished commission can be resold. All releases on premade items will be first come first serve. All my shipping prices offered come with tracking. I usually ship Monday-Wednesday.

Resale: Anyone caught selling for more than retail price will be banned. When reselling you may only sell for what was payed for the ears. This price does not include what you paid for shipping.

If you so choose to order a commission then the price is reflected on what we agreed upon. any add-ons or changes will result in a surcharge added to your initial price. If your commission is not to your liking and I have to remake an item then another surcharge will be added to your price for the cost of waisted materials.
